Project Address: Netherlands

The German national ID card is called an “ID card” in American English, with “ID” standing for “Identity”—essentially representing the being and presence of the cardholder. In this sense, the clever name of the Dutch reclaimed wood design specialists, nice id, can be interpreted both as a “great thing” and a “brilliant idea.”
And indeed, the NL kitchen in industrial style is both a brilliant idea and a great thing.
For this project, the designers specifically sourced high-quality three-layer and solid wood panels made from old oak from us, combining them with steel. The result is an aesthetically and technically sophisticated creation—worthy of gracing the pages of magazines like “Schöner Wohnen” or the gastronomy magazine “Rolling Pin.”
