One of Vienna’s best dining spots has anchored at the Danube Canal, at the ship dock of the Twin City Liners: Motto am Fluss, led by Bernd Schlachner, serving an inspired world cuisine made from regional and bio-fair ingredients. Inside, the ambiance of a café and restaurant from 1950s Venice; outside, on a ship-deck-like terrace by Mareiner, which, with nearly 1,000 m2 of space, is one of the largest in the city and, thanks to Kebony, withstands immense stress: from the blazing hot Viennese summers to the thousands of feet that walk across the sun deck daily…
