Almwellness Hotel Pierer

A paradise of wood and stone in the alpine meadows. The Almwellness Hotel Pierer on the Teichalm in Styria. Not far from the Mareiner headquarters in St. Marein im Mürztal, the hotel, together with the hotelier family and interior and furniture specialist Josef Göbel, was designed to incorporate a considerable amount of brushed spruce from Mareiner's product range in the relaunch of the hotel restaurant, wellness area, and rooms and suites. This brings special joy to the guests, who can now enjoy their stay in the alpine haven more than ever.

The Teichalm is a paradise where many seekers of relaxation find the proverbial peace of the alpine meadows—on the shore and on the gentle waves of Lake Teichalm, on the hiking paths through the evergreens, or in the renowned and multiple award-winning 4*s Almwellness Hotel Pierer of the Pierer brothers Franz and Alfred.

With long-time partner Josef Göbel, internal visions of renewal were brought to life—through the use of natural stone and wood. A lot of wood, with 1000m² of Mareiner’s Zugspitze product made from brushed spruce ordered.
