Robert Blaschke comes from fine woodworking, plans and designs houses and interior spaces, and, as a licensed real estate trustee with developer certification, excels in handling large projects and budgets. His house Karo, planned by him personally, embodies all the values and principles that Blaschke holds dear. Among these, prominently, are functionality and long-term value.

This applies to both the exterior with two terraces made from Gardasee planks of thermo-ash, the pool, and cleverly designed outdoor areas, as well as to the interior: 300 m² of living space that can be reconfigured in just a few days by adding new walls, offering future residents all the flexibility they need.

When the decision is made for a Gardasee facade, it becomes exciting for us: We invest a lot of time developing the right adhesive solution, and then take on another challenge by delivering planks of uniform length in varying widths to Bergheim. With success, as you would rightly expect.

After my first visit to St. Marein, it became clear to me that Mareiner is truly committed and does things differently.
