First and sometimes things turn out differently than expected: The Maier family originally had a carpentry business and had certain three-layer panels in mind for the construction and outfitting of their home. However, following a recommendation, they also consult master carpenter Stefan Maderebner from Gröbming, who turns out to be the right fit—infecting the family with his enthusiasm for Mareiner, which only grows after a joint visit to Mareiner.

The decision is made for burned Marmolada Lava for the interior; the steamed beams are custom-made à la carte. For the facade, the choice falls on Gran Paradiso, which we offer in different board widths for a handcrafted look or, upon request, profiled on all four sides for installation in a running bond pattern. This brings so much joy to Stefan Maderebner that he immediately orders a Gran Paradiso facade for his own home and company building.

Where your heart feels at home, there is your residence: through the refinement at Mareiner, the wood has gained a character that ensures coziness and warmth within your home, giving a sense of connection to nature.

Without the straightforward collaboration with Mareiner, this unique project could not have been realized in the same way.
