Private house P.

The P. couple proves with their magnificent residence in the ‘Styrian Beverly Hills’ high above Graz a keen sense for design as well as for living on the sunny side. This is particularly evident through the grandeur of the terrace made of Mareiner premium planks of the Gardasee variety. It’s no surprise that this building has been included in the prestigious ‘Houses of the Year’ volume by the Architecture Publisher Calway.

We are also very much invested in maintaining the house’s award-worthiness—as far as it is within our power. For example, one thing within our capabilities was a somewhat spontaneous visit to the P. house. The purpose was to get an impression of the condition of the terrace years after its installation. How wonderful it is to see that everything is in perfect order.
